bad weekend
well, saturday morning, i was able to get on and play a few until i had to go to work.
saturday night after work, i started the game and then got an error.... #21, "e-mail address was not found". didnt help out seeing how i have used that ione for the WPE's and BWE's as well. i know how to spell it and what the extension is.
pissed, and trying to get ahold of the support for GW (they didnt do anything but send an e-mail back saying they got the problem). i resigned to uninstall and reinstall the game, even took a reg cleaner to the computer. after trying to re-install the game, i got another error... 102, CD Key is invalid. i know about making sure the #'s are right, i messed them up on the first install , so i have them wrote down better where the 'fuzzy' parts are.
any suggestions on this matter? any thoughts?
and before you say it, no, i didnt d/l any bot or crap like that.
has anyone else had this problem?

nice try, but the 6's, 8's and 9's all look alike. only cam i have that could take the pic is a web cam and they are fuzzy anyway. dont think i could get it close enough to get it clear.

I hope u werent thinking that i was trying to steal the key. Anyways, you shouldent have to inupt the cd-key over again when you install. Just put the email, and pass, and ur good to go.

did that, still got the invalid e-mail addy. i tried that about a dozen times, making triple sure i had spelled the email right. still said the same thing......

I think that this is one of those problems we simply can't help you with. All I can suggest is that you read everything on the support page at www.guildwars.com and then contact them, if you haven't already.

I assume that seeing as you refrain from using these "choice words" that they would be insulting?
I ask you... If Guild Wars is not recognising your email address, what else could it be other than an accounting issue? Trust me, if I had any other suggestions, I would offer them. Unfortunately you're just going to have to wait for the Guild Wars support people to get back to you.
If someone else has any ideas here, I'm sure they'll let you know.

IIRC you don't have to use the cd key again if you reinstall, you just login to your account(I know this for a fact, as I did the very same thing this morning)
